ESStefano Di Carlo elected new President of River Plate
The Filosofía River candidate secured 61.77% of the votes in an election that recorded unprecedented turnout, with over 25,500 members taking part.
After the voting period, which took place from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Club’s facilities, the formal announcement was made in the Hall of Honor by Ignacio Villarroel, President of the Electoral Board, who presented the results that confirmed Stefano Di Carlo as the new President of River Plate.
Stefano Di Carlo, together with Andrés Ballotta (First Vice President), Ignacio Villarroel (Second Vice President), and Mariano Taratuty (Third Vice President), will lead the Club’s Board of Directors for the next four years.
