ESScocco, new River Plate player This Thursday afternoon, the forward signed his contract with the Institution and he shall put himself at Marcelo Gallardo’s disposal.
After the incorporation of Germán Lux and Javier Pinola, Ignacio Scocco became a new player of Club Atlético River Plate. This Thursday morning, the forward had the usual clinical studies performed and in the afternoon he signed his contract in the Monumental Stadium.
The scorer gathered in the presidential office with Rodolfo D'Onofrio and Matías Patanian and there took place the signing of the agreement, which shall be valid until June 2020.
Scocco arrives to River after playing for the last three years in Newell’s. Before, the scorer had played in teams from Mexico, Greece, United Arab Emirates, Brazil and England. In addition, he was part of the U-20 National Team and once wore the light blue and white with the senior, in a friendly match against Brazil (he scored two goals).
