“El Millonario” had a good performance with an inspired Juan Quintero, and soon started threatening Belgrano’s goal. The Colombian enabled Jorge Moreira (who couldn’t make a comfortable definition) and also Lucas Prato (who’s shot was blocked by the goalkeeper, César Rigamonti).

Later, a mistake by Gabriel Alanis almost got Belgrano an own goal. And after that, once more Quintero enabled Pratto, but the goalkeeper was quicker than the striker. Then it was Juanfer himself who tried from a distance with a high shot.

The last minutes of the game were full of goal opportunities: Sebastian Luna almost scores an own goal, and Quintero made a great individual play that went very close to the goalkeeper's right post.

In the resumption, Belgrano had the first and the most certain goal opportunity of the game: Matías Suárez went face to face with Franco Armani, but the goalkeeper came out very fast, ending with every hope the rival team may had. Then, River owned the game, generating many more goal situations, but failing to clinch.

Luna made another mistake, but this time the crossbar saved Belgrano. Then, Pratto got a header, which was saved by Rigamonti. In the following, Quintero almost scored a direct goal from a corner. And then the saving streak of the rival’s goalkeeper commenced: he blocked shots from Quintero, Rafael Borre, Nicolás De La Cruz, a free kick, and a tremendous right from outside the area by Enzo Pérez.
At the end, Pratto tried a back heel shot, but it ended very close to the left post.

“El Millonario” added his second tied match, and will now wait for the next game, which will be next Saturday, against Argentinos Juniors, also in the Monumental Stadium.
