River Had A Good Night And Won In Santiago Marcelo Gallardo’s team won by 3-0 against Universidad de Chile at a friendly match with one goal by Nicolás De La Cruz and two by Rafael Borré.

During the first moments of the match, River tried to push the rival team and started passing the ball. The first goal opportunity came with a long shot by Nicolás De La Cruz that the goalkeeper Fernando De Paul controlled easily. Then, Germán Lux reacted in the same way against Universidad de Chile.
The two clearest situations were at the feet of Rafael Borré. The Colombian forward was not able to define a pass by Exequiel Palacios, and then he missed an incredible opportunity: he had already passed the rival goalkeeper and kicked a shot with a narrow angle, but he could not score. Then, Universidad de Chile came close to scoring before the first half ended with a shot by Francisco Arancibia.
The second half started with a great performance by Germán Lux with a one-on-one on the right side of Universidad de Chile, but El Millonario reacted quickly with an amazing pass by Palacios to Borré, who was blocked by the goalkeeper. De La Cruz was responsible to kick the penalty and scored the first goal.
Universidad de Chile was close to draw with a clear situation by Isaac Díaz, and River could have added one more with a one-on-one by Borré, but he could not define it. However, the Colombian player insisted and scored the second goal with a powerful right kick after Carlos Auzqui assisted him from the right.
The end of the match came with a very convenient appearance of Borré, who took advantage of a long shot, dodged De Paul and defined with the goal for himself, thus sealing River Plate’s victory in Chilean territory.
