RIVER COULD NOT WIN THE FIRST SEMIFINAL MATCH Marcelo Gallardo's team did not have a good night in the Monumental stadium and lost 1-0 against Huracán.

River Plate played again a semifinal of an international tournament, with the aim of defending the title of the Copa Sudamericana achieved last year. The Monumental stadium dressed festively for this first match against Huracán, although el Millonario had not a good night and paid it with a defeat.
El Millonario began to control the ball and played with passes, but the visit found itself with a goal that surprised: Cristian Espinoza crushed with Milton Casco in the area, the ball entered above Marcelo Barovero and it became what would be the only goal of the night.
River had difficulties to generate situations. While in the second half it had a couple of interesting attacks, the team had not the desired forcefulness and now it should wait until November 26, when the second game will be played in the Thomas Ducó, a match in which River must go for a victory to advance to the final of the Copa Sudamericana.
