Recognition to Armani for his record On Thursday, December 12th, at the River Plate Museum, the professional team’s goalkeeper was honoured for the invincibility record set in 2018.

Franco Armani was the protagonist of an emotional act which was held on Thursday at the River Museum: in the presence of Rodolfo D’Onofrio (President), Stefano Di Carlo (2nd Vice President) and Ignacio Villaroel (Secretary), the goalkeeper received a picture in recognition for going 965 minutes without conceding a goal.
With this record, Armani beat the record for a goalkeeper in River Plate’s First Division, outdoing the great Amadeo Carrizo, who had remained unbeaten for 769 minutes.
The goalkeeper got a picture alluding to the accomplishment and another one will be exhibited in the River Museum.
Furthermore, the event was attended by Mariano Taratuty (Assistant Treasurer), Santiago Poblet (Public Relations), Eduardo Barrionuevo (Member), Carlos Ferreyra (Member) and Rodrigo Daskal (River Museum).
