Fundación River continues to widen its horizons and it put in an appearance at Paraná Fundación River travelled to Entre Ríos in the build-up of the match against Patronato.

The visit of Fundación River took place in the context of a new edition of its program “Sin Fronteras” (Without borders). In Paraná, it delivered sports equipment and non-perishable food that had been donated by River Plate fans who went round to La Máquina, the Club’s travelling truck, during Friday and Saturday.

In addition, it got to know the work carried out by “Suma de Voluntades,” an NGO whose main objective is to help those in need, especially the children of Paraná, and that is in charge of two food kitchens and meal centers in San Martín Neighborhood and Antártida Neighborhood.

This Sunday morning will remain in the memories of all the children that went round to San Martín Health Center to receive the food donated for the food kitchens and the sports equipment for the football academies that function at the Volcadero of the city of Paraná.

On behalf of Fundación River were Sebastián Pérez Escobar (Vicepresident) and Guillermo Giunchetti (general assistant), who carried forward a day full of solidarity and surprises in which players Denis Rodríguez and Iván Rossi were also present.

“We daily see the work the Fundación carries out and, now, being able to share this morning with you and seeing how grateful you are for this visit, motivates us to continue helping in everything we can,” said Denis Rodríguez to all the children there.

Thus, Fundación River keeps demonstrating its commitment to all the children and teenagers of Argentina, while making clear that solidarity has no borders.
