The event took place in Asuncion, at CONMEBOL headquarters, and Marcelo Gallardo's team already knows two of its three group rivals: Internacional of Porto Alegre (Brazil) and Alianza Lima (Peru).
The third member of Group A will come from the crossroads between Talleres de Córdoba, Sao Paulo (Brazil), Palestino (Chile) and Deportivo Independiente Medellín (Colombia).
