Club World Cup: Al Ain FC, the semi-final rival On Saturday, December 15th, the home team beat Espérance de Tunis and will face Marcelo Gallardo’s team.

River Plate’s debut in the Club World Cup will be on Tuesday, December 18th, at 1.30 pm Argentina time, against Al Ain, which beat Espérance Sportive 3-0 in the international competition’s quarter-finals.

In the meantime, the officials will be:

Referee: Gianluca Rocchi (Italy). Assistants: Elenito Di Liberatore and Mauro Tonolini (Italy). VAR: Massimiliano Irrati (Italy).

It will be River’s second time in the Club World Cup, after the 2015 edition, when it reached the final against Spain’s FC Barcelona.
