Rodolfo D’Onofrio (President), Jorge Brito (1st Vice president), Stefano Di Carlo (2nd Vice president), Ignacio Villaroel (Secretary), Mariano Taratuty (Assistant Treasurer and President of Works and Infrastructure) and members of the Executive Committee were at the opening act.
D’Onofrio commented: “It’s an emblematic place for the Club’s members, a place for them to use with their families and friends, sport and match mates. It’s a part of the River Plate members’ spirit.”
He added: “The Club is experiencing a very important moment, I congratulate the Infrastructure Area on this, on the player’s training, the home locker room, the works at River Camp, the field in Hurlingham for the Youth division, other works that are not seen and others that are needed. And we’re doing this during a very complicated moment for the country.”
Thus, River carried out a completely new construction work with low-maintenance technologies and methods which are unalterable over time, so as to provide members with a first-class service.
