For the purpose of fostering tourism in other neighbourhoods, the City of Buenos Aires presented this new photomural depicting Amadeo Carrizo at the Devoto train station, in front of the República Árabe de Siria square.

The inauguration was on the morning of Saturday, November 2nd. Carrizo was present, as well as authorities of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires and of Club Atlético River Plate (Adrián Varela, Ricardo Giaccio, Guillermo Imbrogno, and Juan Pablo Berscé). The event included a free guided tour open to the neighbours and the participation of Diego Santilli (Vice-Chief of Government).

This photomural is the eleventh one done as part of the program “Tourism to more neighbourhoods”. The murals are created by artists Martín Ron and Mariana Parra, who use pictures sent by the people who live in the neighbourhood as tiles.
